Description: Mental Health First Aid Canada is an evidence based program of The Mental Health Commission of Canada.
This two-day training course is designed, much like the traditional physical first aid, to teach participants how to provide assistance to someone who is experiencing a mental health crisis or developing a mental health problem; until they are connected to professional help.
